Return Timeline
Within 90 Days
Returns must take place within 90 days from the original shipping date in order to receive a credit back in the original form of payment.
Beyond 90 Days
For returns processed beyond 90 days from shipment date, store credit will be issued if an exchange is not requested.
After One Year
Returns received more than one year after date of shipment will not be accepted and returned to sender.
Return Requirements
- ✓All products being returned must be in new condition
- ✓Exchanges are subject to availability
- ✗We cannot accept COD returns
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Important: Refunds will include product and tax amounts only. We will not include shipping cost in your refund.
Exchange Policy
- •Entire exchange order must ship to a single address
- •If you request an exchange, it will be shipped with no additional shipping cost
Shipping Cost Reimbursement
We are unable to reimburse for any shipping cost unless:
- ✓The product is defective
- ✓We made an error filling your order
Note: If the return or exchange is deemed to be as defective merchandise, the shipping cost will be included in your refund amount.
